Show up in Google.
And in ChatGPT.

Technical SEO, content strategy, and GEO (showing up in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity). The growth engine that runs after the site is live.

The problem

SEO is not the same as it was three years ago.

  • Your site has not moved in Google for two years.
  • You are spending on paid ads to make up for organic invisibility.
  • AI search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity never cite you.
  • You get a monthly SEO report you do not understand and cannot tell whether things are improving.

What I build

The full growth stack.

Technical SEO audits

Crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, schema, mobile, security. The unsexy fixes that double traffic before you write a single new word.

GEO (AI search) optimisation

Show up in AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, and Perplexity. Most agencies have not figured this out yet. I have.

Content strategy & keyword research

A 12-month content roadmap built around what your customers actually search for, not what your competitors are doing.

On-page optimisation

Page-by-page audit and rewrite. Title tags, meta, internal links, structure, schema markup. The 20% that drives 80% of search wins.

Local SEO

Google Business Profile, citations, NAP consistency, local schema. For service businesses that need to rank in "near me" searches.

Analytics & reporting

GA4, Search Console, and a monthly report that actually says what is working. No screenshot dumps. No vanity metrics.

How it works

Audit. Plan. Execute. Repeat.

SEO is a compounding game. The work in month one shows up in month four. We measure what matters, ignore the vanity metrics, and stay honest about what is moving.

  1. 01

    Week 1

    Audit

Full technical audit, content audit, competitive gap analysis. You get a prioritised list of the 20% of fixes that matter.

  2. 02

    Week 2

    Plan

Quarterly roadmap with content briefs, technical fixes, and a measurement plan so you can actually tell if it is working.

  3. 03

    Months 1 to 6

    Execute

Fix the technical, ship the content, build the schema, refine the analytics. Monthly review of what is moving.

  4. 04

    Monthly

    Report

A short report (under two pages) that says what changed, what improved, what to do next. No vanity metrics. No screenshot dumps.

FAQ

The honest answers.

How long does SEO take to work?

Honest answer: 3 to 6 months for technical fixes to compound. 6 to 12 months for content to rank. Anyone promising faster is either lying or selling you paid ads disguised as SEO.

What is GEO and why do I need it?

Generative Engine Optimisation. Optimising your content so AI search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) cite you. This is where 20%+ of search is heading. Most agencies are still optimising for 2019.

What does it cost?

One-off audit starts around R12k. Monthly retainers from R8k/month for SMEs, more for larger sites or competitive verticals. I will give you a fixed scope so you know what you are paying for.

Do I need to commit to a long contract?

No. Month-to-month. SEO takes time, but you should not be locked in. If I am not delivering, you should be able to leave.

Can I just hire a content writer instead?

You can. But 90% of SEO problems are technical or strategic, not content volume. Writing more without fixing the foundation is like adding fuel to a car with no engine.

How do I know if it is working?

Search Console rankings, organic traffic, conversions from organic, and AI search mentions. The monthly report shows all four. If they are not moving up after 3 months, we have a conversation.

Tired of being invisible?

Let's get you found.

A short call. I will pull your current rankings, give you an honest read on what is fixable, and tell you what it would cost to get moving.
