About
Hi, I'm Kent.
I run Zivaro solo. By design.
I've spent the last decade building websites, automations, and back-office systems for South African businesses. Some of it was inside agencies. Some of it was in-house. Most of it taught me the same lesson: the bottleneck is rarely the work itself. It's the structure around the work.
Agencies bill you for hierarchy. Junior staff brief seniors who brief account managers who brief clients. Every hand-off loses signal. Every layer adds cost. Every meeting exists because nobody trusts anybody else to make a call. By the time a project ships, the brief you signed off on has been telephone-gamed into something nobody is proud of.
Freelancers solve part of that problem but introduce a new one. One discipline. No safety net. You become the project manager whether you wanted to or not.
Zivaro is the third option. A senior operator running an AI stack that does the work of a small team. Faster than an agency. Closer than a freelancer. Branded as your work, owned by you, with the person who actually built it on the other end of every email.
I'm not pretending to be a 10-person team. The pitch IS the product: one operator, AI-leveraged, shipping the work that used to take a department. If that sounds like the kind of advantage you want for your business, that's exactly the kind of advantage I sell.
Why solo. Why now.
A studio of one is a feature. Not a risk.
01
You talk to the person doing the work.
No account managers, no junior staff briefed off a Loom video, no "let me check with the team." Every conversation lands with the operator. Faster decisions, fewer misses, clearer accountability.
02
AI does the heavy lifting.
What used to need a copywriter, a developer, a designer, and a project manager now runs on one operator with the right AI stack. The savings go to you, not to staff overheads or office rent.
03
No agency overhead.
No office. No junior staff churn. No markup on subcontractors. Your budget pays for output and outcomes, not for hierarchy. The pricing reflects that.
The stack
What I work with.
I am not loyal to any one platform. I pick the tool that fits the job, not the one that pays the highest affiliate commission. Here is what I reach for most often.

What to expect.
Honest scoping
I will tell you what is and is not worth building. If I am not the right fit, I will say so and recommend someone who is. No padded scopes. No "let me get back to you" while I figure out if I can actually do this.
Daily progress, weekly check-ins
You will see the work as it happens on a shared link. A short async update once a week. No 90-minute status calls. No PowerPoint progress decks.
You own everything
Code, designs, hosting, accounts, documentation. All in your name. If we part ways tomorrow, the next person can pick it up without a 50-page handover doc.
Realistic timelines, fixed prices
When we agree a scope, the price and timeline are fixed. Changes get scoped honestly as add-ons. No surprise invoices, no "the project doubled in size" conversations.
Sound like your kind of operator?
Let's talk.
A short call. No deck, no sales pitch. I will tell you honestly whether I am the right fit for your project, what a fair scope looks like, and what it would cost to ship.
